Travel - ahhhh ... - go!

Today we tour the world!

My first destination: Jamaica

Rasta man vibrations.
Feel them in the warmth of Jamaica's nearly ever-present sun. The welcoming embrace of white-sand beaches. The buoyant ripple of a crystal-clear, azure sea.

Then I jump to the Temple at Abu Simbel, Egypt

The Great Pyramids and Sphinx in Giza are among the world's most recognizable structures. The Great Pyramids and Sphinx in Giza are among the world's most recognizable structures. The massive Abu Simbel temple, which is more than 3,200 years old, required more than 25,000 workers to build.

Discover Japan

From the bright lights of Tokyo to the small fishing villages on the Pacific coast, Japan is a cultural masterpiece. Rising majestically from the center of the country is Fuji-san, or Mount Fuji, a snow-capped sight to behold.

Next stop: Las Vegas

In Las Vegas, there are enough flashing bulbs and neon lights to turn the desert night back into day. Maybe that's why no one who visits ever wants to sleep. They're afraid they might miss something. Las Vegas is truly a 24-7-365 kinda place.

And now we take a look at Versailles, France.

Until royal heads rolled in 1793, Versailles was the seat of French power and politics, a hunting lodge transformed into a sprawling, gilded Baroque testament to excess.

I fancy the idea to go to the Amazon Rain Forest.

Every day is an adventure. One day, a pregnant sloth dangled from the berry tree off my terrace to watch me eat breakfast.

Oh yeah! Don't miss Bangkok, Thailand.

Alive with sound and motion, Bangkok is home to 9 million people and is Thailand?s main port of entry.
This city often is called ?The Venice of the East,? and one of the best ways to see it is by boat.

I never was in Brisbane, Australia.

Hard to believe that this modern metropolis was once a penal colony for Britain?s most dangerous crims (Aussie for outlaws). Today?s inhabitants are anything but guarded. Expect g?day to be followed up with an invitation to share a brew or join the family barbie (barbecue). Hey, when you live in a capital midway between Australia?s Sunshine and Gold Coast beaches, it?s hard not to be cheery.

I'm off. Back to Switzerland. Suisse. Schweiz. Svizzera.

Sometimes viewed as a true melting pot of cultures and landscapes, Switzerland offers everything to every traveler, from its wild Alpine mountains, to its tidy, ultra-efficient cities.
